High Recognition

There was a significant event. The international University of Fundamental Studies (IUFS) as authoritative on a global scale a scientific institute-educational is accredited by the International State Parliament of Safety and Peace  (IPSP) - New Association of the Nations (NSN). The Parliament is the Intergovernmental Organization of States (IOS). Such Decision was accepted the Management of Parliament on November, 12th, 2007 (Registration 0/33).

According to it, on true fatal for IUFS the Decision in IUFS, under the Order of Rector IUFS Shanti P. Jayasekara No.  09 from 12/21/2007, the Intergovernmental  Higher  Academic Council (IHAC) which has given to it the International State Parliament of Safety and Peace (IPSP) the full right is created, independently to award scientific degrees of the International Doctor of Philosophy and International Grande Doctor Philosophy officially recognized by the Governments of all States (now them more than 155), entering in the International State Parliament of Safety and Peace (IPSP) - New Association of the Nations (NSN) as the Intergovernmental Organization of the States (IOS).

In structure of the Intergovernmental Higher Academic Council (IHAC) which is formed and affirms at  IUFS, can enter Grande Doctor of Philosophy from the various states of the world and various higher educational institutions and scientific research institutes, the state and public Academies.

The intergovernmental Higher  Academic Council (IHAC) can have regional branches (Small Academic Councils) in the various states and the cities which are being one country and in the different countries of the world.

The concrete structure of the Intergovernmental Higher Academic Council (IHAC) will be certain depending on the acted offers and recommendations from the state bodies of a various level and character from the different countries of the world.

Now IUFS starts formation of the Intergovernmental Higher Academic Council IHAC).

IUFS expresses profound gratitude to the International State Parliament of Safety and Peace (IPSP) - to New Association of the Nations (NSN) - to the Intergovernmental Organization of the States (IOS) for a high recognition of scientifically-educational activity of IUFS and will try to justify this high recognition.

NCC Education (UK) Planing to open Training Center in St. Petersburg with IUFS and North West State University to offer NCC programmes for local students. This center will operate on 1st September 2006.

Dr. Sisira K. Jayasekara is appoited as the Director of Press Center IUFS and  Editior of the Monthly Scientific Joiurnal of SPIRIT OF TIME. He is having an interview with  Prof. Izuietov A about the Book of Ven Soma Thero.

IUFS organised Faculty of Fighting Arts and  Dr. Kaziyanov T is appointed as the adviser, and Dr. Katanski S is appointed as the Dean of the facuty

IUFS has International Sport and Grandsmasters Council  where sportsmen can earn Instructor certificates and Dan Certificates

Dr Shanti Awarding the Order - Knight of Malta Order of St. John of Jerusalem Hospitallar and Awarding the Rank of Knyaz (Grand Duke/Prince of Royal Family) of the Holy Russian Empire.

CRUISER AURORA - 1903 : A first - rate vessel for its time, the Aurora was a typical armour-plated cruiser designed to protect the main forces of the Russian Fleet - the ironclads and battleship - from attacking torpedo-boats and also to carry out patrol and reconnaissance missions on enemy shiping routs.

On 17th February 2004 The Rear Admiral Chenavin Lev and and Vice Admiral - Avraamov Georgy earned Doctor of Philosophy in Military Historical Science.

Speech of the Rear Admiral Chenavin Lev from the Cruiser Aurora : On the beautiful morning of the 11th may 1900 hundreds of Petersburgers gathered on the embankment of Vasilevsky Island. The ships due to watch the ceremony entered the Neva. At 11 a.m When Emperor Nicholas II arrived, a signal gunshot was fired. The ship, disengaged from the pulleys and props, at first slowly and then faster and faster rolled down the slips and at 11.15 a.m. plunged into the water. On that day nobody could have imagined that a Russian ship bearing the name of the Roman Godess of the dawn was destined to acquire worldwide fame in the near future.
